Owns one or multiple units of accommodation within the Facility for rent (non transferable).

Standard furnishing is provided by the company on behalf of the Client.

The accommodation is maintained and Managed by the Company and the Company reserve the right to the choice of the tenant.

The tenant is responsible for the payment of Utility fees, Facility fees, Service Charges and other optional service of choice to the Company.
