Could be an Individual or a Couple registration (no children and pet is allowed in the private areas).

Facility fees payable per person includes, Security, Gardening, Cleaning, Servicing, Maintenance and Waste Disposal.

Service Charges per person include, Breakfasts, Fridays Dinner, Recreation, Fitness.

Optional services includes, Pick-up & Drop off, Laundry, Ambulance and Medical Attendance. 

Access to the residential area is restricted without accompanying residents.

Accompanying visitors to a registered visiting member have access to the public areas and the Guest House only.
