Could be an Individual or a Couple (children inhabitant and pets are allowed in the 2/ 3 Bedroom Dwellings only).

Utility fees payable per unit of accommodation includes, Electricity, Water, Internet and Cable TV.

Facility fees payable per unit of accommodation includes, Security, Gardening, Cleaning, Servicing, Maintenance and Waste Disposal.

Service Charges per person includes, Breakfasts, Fridays Dinner, Recreation, Fitness, Laundry, Ambulance and Medical Attendance. 

Optional services include, Car Space, Personal Assistant/ staff accommodation.
